ISO 9001 Quality Management

Quality management and system production review are important parts of our philosophy. They are also necessary to gain our customers´ trust.

Furthermore, we fulfill any requests for international standards. Even in 1992, Merten created a quality management system in accordance with Quality systems - Model for quality assurance in production, installation and servicing (ISO 9002:1994). In 2005, this system was adapted to the norm that is valid until today, the ISO 9001.

Merten guarantees consideration of these indicators of quality at any operational processes. We satisfy our customers with the following qualities: constant further training of our employees, steady improvement in the efficiency of production, priority of fixed delivery dates and observing of any environmental public acts.

For more than 20 years, Merten is supported by a management system that is accessible paperless via an INTRANET platform.
