MERTEN optimizes delivery and performance

A comprehensive project is currently in progress to optimize further our delivery dates. Together with our customers and suppliers, the external business processes are analysed and systematically improved. We also look at our internal performance processes in detail and develop appropriate optimization activities. For this reason, hall areas are partially relocated or rearranged in an optimized form.

In this context, the hall areas are rebuilt to the latest state of the art. This redesign takes place, among other things, using new LED lighting technology, epoxy resin flooring and complete painting work.

 

The expansion of our production capacities in the milling shop and our additional options in the grinding shop will also do their part to make us an even stronger partner in the area of ​​contract manufacturing and assembly for our customers.
